Michael transfers confidence from the first meeting, has good listening skills, a ton of patience, great knowledge and awareness of tricks & traps. The outstanding quality is his pursuit of finding the best option - you would swear he was looking for his own personal holiday. I have travelled extensively in Australia and overseas but never in Winter at Xmas in Europe......and I learnt heaps, before the trip even starts. Highly recommend Michael.

First time first impression walking into Flight Center Greenslopes I was warmly welcomed by Michael and Andrea both genuinely curious and excited about my upcoming travel to Madrid Spain ..
Michael showed me the best options including direct flights .. shortest distance and best arrival time .. and to complete my requirements found for me convenient accommodation in my preferred location in the city.
I highly recommend and am very happy for seeing Michael Cobby and this fun professional team for ongoing taking care of every step of my return to Spain.
