Lucky enough to stumble across superstar Jake OBrien a few backs while trying to sort out a previous tangle re our cruise. He solved it, was accurate, truthful and gained our confidence completely. Since then we have booked several holiday through Jake over the following years . He delights in finding the best deals, best flights with our convenience foremost in mind and always, without fail a straight shooter as to our best options. The customer services in Flight Center in George Street is way better than expectations.

Maria Brufatto is one of the best agent you can find there.
She always find the best solution and price for my European tickets, and on top of that she keep checking on me before I travel to make sure I’m always up to date in any changing in case I forgot to check the flight updates.

Absolutely no doubt to ask for her if you decided to let flight Center look after your dream flight!

Heidi Scholey was the travel Consultant who assisted me with my travel plans to Spain. She provided a high level of service and commitment to ensuring that my questions were fully addressed and attended to. All the bookings and seating arrangements were perfect and without her assistance and involvement at the planning stage, our trip wouldn't have turned out the way it did. Heidi was very responsive and always made herself available for questions I had. She had a good knowledge of the destination and travel routes and where she lacked the knowledge she was resourceful and conducted the necessary research which was a time-saver for me. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Pascal El Bacha from Flight Centre. I reached out for assistance with booking a trip and unfortunately, the service I received was unhelpful and unprofessional.

Pascal was not responsive to my questions, and I had to repeatedly follow up for basic details about the packages. When I raised concerns regarding the pricing and comparison to other websites, I didn’t receive any helpful or transparent explanations. It felt like there was a lack of genuine effort to assist me, and I was left feeling more confused than before.

I had hoped for a smooth and easy booking process, but this experience has been a letdown. I would not recommend working with Pascal, as I believe better service can be found elsewhere.

While booking trip online are possible these days, having the expertise and experience from professionals provides a peace of mind during trips at a very little extra cost. Alex Kirk is super knowledgeable and helpful!!!
I needed to go to Seattle in short notice. At first I thought I could easily book my flights on the internet. Only after an hour, I realised that I was still in the middle of comparing flight times, prices, routes, stopovers, connecting flights, airlines etc...
Thank goodness that I suddenly recalled that I've seen a lot of customers sitting inside a Flight Centre on George St before. So, I decided to walk in. I was so thankful that Alex had taken the time to understand my needs and patiently answered my questions. More impressively, Alex has found me good flight times that match my needs. Last but not least, many thanks again to Alex for his great help with choosing my seats too!!!

Special long over due shout out to Pia! I booked my flights to Japan online with Flight Centre and there was an unfortunate incident on the plane on the way over back in August. Virgin Australia tried to sweep it completely under the carpet (which they did) so much so they didn't even contact me. Thanks to Pia I got a refund on my flights and an actualy phone call 3 weeks after the event from Virgin.

Tarabu Elston went above and beyond my expectations when booking my flight to England and back. It was an emotional time for me as I was going to my grandfather's memorial, and Tarabu Elston took away all flight worries. He displayed genuine empathy and care. He managed all the travel stresses, organised everything in a cool, calm and collected manner with absolute professionalism. Everything went smoothly.
