We cant recommend Maddy Ottaway highly enough. It took her less than 4 hrs to prepare an itinerary for our overseas holiday and within 3 days it was signed, sealed and delivered - unheard of! Not so great experience I checked the quote before paying for an international flight and found it more than 130% of the full airline costs directly. When I queried the consultant said the airlines offer deals. But this was not a deal, it was full price. Her booking for a local Qantas flight was $150 more than the Qantas site including a mandatory 'captains deal'. What is the point of using Flight Centre when you pay > 30% more than the airlines @ full price and have to find your own flight numbers, dates and times. I was compelled to use FC as I had a gift voucher but never again!
