Excellent service at Figtree flight Centre, particularly from Kyrsty .
Extremely helpful, very professional and well informed.

Only one suggestion if you could book directly to the hotel not through the third party. We requested two rooms one with two separate beds. Which we didn’t get at first. However the duty manager helped us out and offer a free night for the inconvenience. We would go back to New Zealand in Queenstown at the holiday Inn express & suites.

Wow…we called up flight centre after had previously having a conversation regarding flights to Fiji several months ago. We asked about RAT tests and she gave us so much attitude basically stating we were meant to pay for this service. Well we did, we paid for it through flight centre. The fact you can have that much attitude is unbelievable. If you hate your job so much quit.
