My partner and I had the pleasure of meeting Luke and the amazing team at Flight Centre Esperance when we were planning our trip to Greece in September/October 2023. Luke went above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service, helping us with all of our planning needs, from itineraries and flights to tours, tips, and personalised advice. Thanks to his incredible support, we had the most amazing adventure.
This year, we're super excited to be planning a trip to Germany in December to explore the wonderful European Christmas Markets on a Rhine River cruise. Once again, Luke has been so supportive every step of the way. We've never had any issues, and if there are, they are quickly resolved. Luke took care of our holiday arrangements to Langkawi quickly and efficiently. We didn't have to think of anything!
When our flight from Perth was very delayed and we missed a connecting flight Luke was on the phone to do whatever he could to make sure it was sorted.

Not only did he have great holiday ideas for us, Luke co-ordinated our group, which included people from three different locations including interstate, perfectly! Luke at flight centre was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us rebook our honeymoon the week of our wedding due to an unexpected cyclone canceling our Fiji trip. He handled the whole situation amazingly allowing us to relax and focus on our wedding plans. He rebooked us a fabulous holiday in port Douglas and we had such a great time.
