Great customer response and attention from Sarah Jensen @ Flightcentre in Eltham.

Sarah provided exceptional service by promptly responding and following up our numerous requests. The attention to detail and advice was outstanding and we were extremely pleased with the time and quality of all the bookings and follow up correspondence. We had an awesome experience at flight centre eltham . Went there to book flight tickets for first Europe trip. Hollie smith, the consultant was pleasantly welcoming and friendly. She took time to find best and affordable tickets according to our need considering how busy they are . We been to couple of other centres before and this patience been never observed. Even after booking tickets follow up communications were prompt . This was an overwhelmingly pleasant experience for us and highly recommended.

I can’t thank or praise Gemma enough . Not only did she inform us of a credit we didn’t know we had but she spent time organising our trip so we got the best deal possible . She was absolutely fantastic. Gemma is a credit to Flight Centre and should be valued as the knowledgeable, professional and approachable person she is . She will be our travel agent from now on.
