The girls at the Echuca store are amazing to deal with! Kelly booked my upcoming New Zealand trip and gave me very helpful tips and recommendations on what to do whilst I'm over there. The booking process was so simple and hassle free. I will definitely be booking with Kelly and her team again.

Worst experience ever . Lost $900 in flight credits as was told one thing by flight centre (lies) and turns out to be whole other story with the carrier. Then i was told sorry(with a smile and laugh ) by flight centre but there's nothing we can do . At least be accountable.... will ringing ombudsman about it , except that phone call .... pathetic... will never step foot echuca flight centre again ps wish was a zero star option

0 stars would be better, spent 4k on a holiday, flights, carparking and insurance and the operator, spelt my surname incorrectly, not my wife and daughters, all the same surname. So I received a bill for correcting her typo ,I was asked if the details of the flights were correct not asked to spell check the operator, you don't get to see the computer screen!! she even admitted it was her fault !! but I had to pay for it, not happy, definitely not using them again

I don't even live in Echuca, but the staff here are exceptionally wonderful, professional, kind, good listeners, and not pushy at all.
Staff helped me have a successful holiday back in 2018 in the USA, if the person i was dealing with wasn't available, i could speak to any colleague, they knew who i was and could answer any query. I find it easier to email and write down any concerns , questions, demands i have., i find I get better results this way, nothing gets forgotten, and I feel i am more organised.
Ignore all the complaints to businesses on google, there profile always mentions that they are are "local guides", and usually complain about every business in town.
