I've been working with the team at Flight Centre Corrimal, particularly Jennifer Zerner, for over five years now and trust me when I say – they go above and beyond to ensure you get the holiday of a lifetime, over and over again.

From local tips, to finding discounts, to making sure you feel safe and secure, I don't trust anyone else when it comes to booking travel. Jennifer has organised trips to the UK, Italy, Malta, Fiji and more recently Africa for me and the standard is always the highest it possibly can be.

Take my most recent trip – a two month holiday to Africa. Within hours of getting in touch, Jennifer had not only got me a spot on the sold out tour I wanted, she had also managed to make a huge saving of over $1,200 for me.

Disappointing experience due to frequent flyer error

I had high hopes when booking my trip through this travel agency, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The agent made a critical error by not correctly applying my frequent flyer membership to the booking, despite me providing all the necessary details well in advance. As a result, I missed out on accumulating miles for a long-haul flight, which was one of the main reasons I booked through them in the first place.

When I reached out to have the issue resolved, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real effort to fix the problem. What should have been a simple process became a frustrating ordeal. I expected better attention to detail from a professional travel service. I won’t be booking with them again.

After booking 212 days in advance at corrimal flight centre with a female staff member. First of all we requested window seats with aisle due to hubby's mobility. Not one of the 4 flights was what we requested we were in the middle of the middle 4. My husband has severe osteoarthritis in his knees and could not get out to even go to the bathroom. After the first 3 disaster flights and a given excuse that the airlines must have changed the bookings I myself contacted Hawaiian airlines and explained the original request and tonight's flight was changed to window aisle. Super fantastic to deal with very helpful and understanding. Other things as well occured, This all when we had booked 212 days in advance. Not impressed at all.

We recently booked our honeymoon with the fabulous Megan. She is the best thing since sliced bread. We are going to Thailand and Megan was able to get the best deal with Singapore Airlines. We were looking at the crest hotel with pool access online and the best price I could find was $2500. Megan worked her magic and found a flight centre rate and the room was only $1800. We saved $700 by booking with Megan. She is also very LGBTQIA+ friendly which really made us feel special! I highly recommend booking with Megan! #ibookwithmegan
