Mel from Clifford Gardens Toowoomba centre was a great help in organising my trip overseas. I travelled through Europe , UK snd Scandinavia for 8 weeks.
I had a wonderful time. She also personally delivered my travel documents for the Scandinavia trip to my hotel in London as they hadn’t arrived before I left for the Europe trip and she was travelling there as well.
Mel was so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make it the trip of a lifetime for me.
I thank her very much for her service. I would definitely recommend Mel and flight centre for any travel.

Having a trusted travel agent is like finding a good mechanic or doctor…. When you have one, don’t lose them. We were searching for a new travel agent and popped into flight centre and met Mell Perkins. Straight away we built an excellent rapport and what she did the best? Was listen!!! She listened to what we wanted and then put together our dream holiday. And I mean dream holiday. She had everything covered, she sorted all accommodation, flights, transfers everything. All we had to was fund it and get on the plane haha.

We were able to contact Mell for little inquiries during our trip to clarify things and she was on it and responding promptly.

For every trip we take in the future we will be using fight centre Toowoomba and especially Mell.

Mel Perkins is a legend. We went in with details of the trip we wanted, with a couple of add-ons. She got that sorted no worries at all, and when that particular tour was cancelled due to lack of numbers, Mel worked with us to cobble together another option which still got us seeing everything we wanted. Can't ask for better than that.

OMG!!! i cannot thank the wonderful Carla Stanford enough for all the time and hard work she put into planning 2 overseas trips in basically 2 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble not even the 100 gift cards used, her dedication knowledge, and commitment are remarkable. Even after hours in her own time she was there to help. My experience with carla was the best and I'm so grateful i found her. I can't say i was impressed at all with the response from grand central store it was very disappointing. Clifford gardens girls are wonderful.
