I have only positive things to say about Rigel Bennett. He has helped me book two trips and when things have gone sideways (through no fault of Flight Centre or Rigel) he’s been there to help. I can be an anxious traveller, and he’s never made me feel like a burden for sending an extra email to confirm an accommodation change or a flight. Truly a legend of travel agents. Highly recommend reaching out to him and I plan on getting his assistance for any big domestic or international travel in the future. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Rigel!
