Went in there to book some overseas flights, because i wanted a few simple question answered. Instead of answering the questions , I just got given other options which i wasn't asking for. The girl clearly didn't know what she was doing and on top of this, she was too busy saying what time she goes to lunch. So, after a few minutes there and not getting the information i asked for, i assume the sales girl could have lunch, and i was reminded of exactly why i just book travel online now. So I went home and 15 minutes later had booked $8k of flights direct with the airline.

I had problems with entry requirements for an international flight I was taking the next day. The staff extremely helpful and fixed the problem I had and completed all the paperwork for me. Excellent . Then I lost my mobile phone with all the details they had just entered. They were extremely helpful in trying to find my phone. I did eventually find it. Happy Traveller here I come
