Terrible experience on my daughters behalf. My daughter and her best friend made an appointment (with Chiara)to book their first overseas trip to Italy. As they arrived for their appointment exactly at the sheduled time , they were told Chiara was busy and to wait. The girls waited for 30 minutes and no one came to see them to let them know there would be a wait. After 30 minutes both girls left disgusted by the customer service they received ( none) , they were completely ignored(possibly due to their age as the are both 18). When I called the flight centre in Byron to make a complaint after the girls cam home completely dissapointed as they had taken time off work to make the appointment, the guy who answered the phone tried to tell me that the girls never showed up for their appointment. How disgusting is the customer service. Then afterwards he realised the other girl at the counter had seen them and told them to wait as Chiara was busy. Everyone at Flight centre chose to ignore them. I have a business around the corner from flight centre in Byron and I'm sure my business would not exist if I treated my customers like this. very dissapointed.

I cancelled an international flight with Qtar back in December 2019 and opted for a credit which once Covid hit I figured I’d just have to loose it as I only had 12 months to use. Michael contacted me 18 months later to say he had fought Qatar and got my money back!! Thank you for your wonderful service. I will always be booking flights through Flight Centre and Michael In the future.

I've recently had a fantastic experience with Amanda Fletcher from Flight Center Byron Bay. She really helped me out finding much better valued flight options which was great and saved me a lot of time. I've also had lots of questions about covid rules and extra weight in my suitcases and she promptly gave me some options and helped me find better solutions. Her service made my whole trip much more pleasant, and less stressful. I wouldn't think twice to work with her again next time I decide to explore the world. Thank you so much Amanda.
