I was so impressed with Sean's service he provided to myself to book to spend time with my US family. Sean is apparently a "newbie", however his service was so excellent, seeking assistance from colleagues when I asked questions he could not answer. Not only have I given him 5 stars, I also give him 11/10 !!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Amy Trott on a number of occasions who I can only describe as fantastic. From start to finish, my experience with Amy was nothing short of exceptional. She has extensive knowledge of destinations, travel options, etc. Her communication is excellent and she is very prompt in responding to my inquires. All aspects of the trips, including flights, accommodation, etc. were arranged flawlessly. After the trips, Amy followed-up to ensure everything went well and to gather feedback for future improvements. My sister and I recently returned from a wonderful trip to Japan, which was capably organised by Adam Uren from Busselton Flight Centre. Right from the get-go he was welcoming, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Adam has a very pleasant manner and we felt comfortable asking lots of questions, which he answered well. Any areas he was slightly unsure about, he'd contact Wendy Wu's Tour Office, clarify the situation, then phone or email us to let us know the answer. He was always very reliable in getting back to us. Adam was also mindful of us getting the best value for our money, and arranged better flights so we could save on accommodation at the beginning of the Tour. He also attended to our seating requests on the plane as well as ensuring our single rooms were close to each other in the various hotels we stayed at throughout the trip's duration. A few App Tips were also imparted by Adam, which also helped with International communication, and he also advised us to sign up and become a KrisFlyer so we could receive some inflight advantages. Because Adam exuded confidence, and then lived up to the promise on every occasion, we enjoyed a well organised, trouble free holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam as a travel agent as both my sister and I very much appreciated his exceptionally competent, helpful manner, and his cracking sense of humour.
There are a couple of positive suggestions I could make to Wendy Wu's organisation but we were very happy with Adam.

Adam has been amazing in assisting me in booking my holiday in Bali. His expertise and professionalism is outstanding.

Highly professional and offering great advice on flights and accommodation that made our family reunion the extra special occasion we all hoped for. Even when we decided to extend our stay (we were having such a fun time) the Busselton team organised it in a timely manner allowing us to enjoy every second of our holiday. It was good to have such reassurance when travelling to multiple places with multiple people. Thanks to Amy and the Flight Centre team in Busso (Busselton, Western Australia) Y'all are the best!!
