Flight Centre Broadway is simply the best. Excellent customer services. Alice was amazing she kept looking until she found us a great deal with ANA. Alice has a great personality, professional and very helpful she checked all the details. Lovely to chat to her, she knows all the answers for our questions and she explained everything to us.

My partner and I were planning a trip to Japan and on recommendation went to visit Alice at Flight Centre Broadway.

Alice was extremely helpful and made great suggestions on locations that ended up being the highlight of our trip.

Alice has helped me countless times to find flights. (Often in challenging combinations and timelines too!) She has excellent knowledge and always manages to find me a great flights + shares her experiences and travels tips! We go to Flight Centre Broadway because of their manager Alice Fisher - she’s booked us some terrific trips… from South America and Tahiti for our honeymoon to a 6-month trip around the world with our 2 kids. Alice is always friendly, professional and full of suggestions. We get exceptional value for money - she is the reason we pay extra to use a travel agent.
