The service provided by this team was extremely disappointing. If you’re expecting any expertise in holiday bookings, you will likely be let down.

We had the assistant manager arrange our trip, which included three nights in Tokyo, with a much-anticipated visit to Mt. Fuji. However, upon arriving at the designated pickup location, we were informed that our booking had not been confirmed by Flight Centre.

The follow-up process was equally frustrating. Initial calls were routed to an offshore call centre, leading to hours of delay before finally speaking with someone locally, who simply apologized and offered a refund.
