It has been an extreme pleasure to have met and continue to have the services of Nicole at the Birkenhead branch of flight centre. We have used flight centre at different locations due to us being mobile. Nicole exceeded all expectations and continues to do so. Great service from Lauren. One leg of our trip was cancelled by the airline the day before we were dude to fly out. Lauren was able to completely change the return journey involving new airline and stop over. All done within a couple of hours.
