Stranded in Bali due to the recent Volcano activity and no flights available for nearly a week with my carrier we contacted flight centre and Beth quickly found us some suitable flights the next day.
Beth kept in touch with us while waiting for confirmation with the flight operator. She could have just sold us the flights as we were quite desperate to get home but Beth was genuinely concerned that the flights would actually leave and advised us to wait until the flights were confirmed. Once more sure that the flights would operate Beth quickly secured our flights ensuring our whole group were able to fly together and arrive home safely in time for our various commitments.
What awesome, personal service, we can’t thank her enough.

If you want the best person to help with your flights, look no further than Beth Merchant. Like so many others my return flight from Bali was cancelled due to the volcanic ash cloud near the island. Communication from the air line was a single text in the middle of the night with the best replacement option 6 days after the original date. Multiple different attempts to contact the air line for updates were unsuccessful, customer service was non existent. Someone gave me Beth’s details and that’s when things changed.
I emailed Beth with a number of questions which she responded to immediately. Beth was empathetic to the situation and looked to see how she could help. Beth was amazing and secured a return flight for myself and 5 travelling friends the next day with a different air line communicating every step of the way. Beth’s termination, kindness, professionalism and outstanding customer service skills are commendable. I cannot thank Beth enough for turning an extremely stressful and frustrating experience around. I would still be in Bali now if it were not for Beth.

Do yourselves a favour and get onboard with the team (Joanna is highly recommended) to sort your next trip. Take the stress out of airlines shanking your flights several hours before 24 hour flight. Let them chase up the best deals, just relax and know the hard work is being done for you. This year alone, Joanna has planned, organised and booked for me to see 3 countries. Reached at 1705 hrs today, and on the front a customer rep was sitting with no client I approached her and told her I would like to book a ticket and she refused stating that I have to take another appointment for some other day as they are closing soon. I was shocked, they still had half n hour to close. Such a shame, you are ready to sit idol for half n hour rather than serving a customer.
No wonder your reviews are bad. Never going there back again!!!
