What is the purpose of visiting a store if we must gather all the necessary information ourselves? We booked a package to Bali, and only afterward did we learn that we require a visa because we do not hold Australian passports. If someone had mentioned this earlier during the booking process, we would have been better prepared.

I had Kodie book me some flights, transfers and an extra day of accommodation for my very first visit to Japan. I was very nervous with how it would go but I have to say, I was so happy with how well it went with Kodie and how easy it was to find my transfers and everything when I arrived there in Japan too.

Very unhappy with the service and do not recommend anyone to use flight centre. I called them regarding the trip I booked and the guy I spoke to said I can change my booking trip date by paying $110 and because I was provided this information I planned few personal stuffs accordingly. And then later when I emailed to the guy I booked my ticket with, he told me we cannot change the date and asked me to contact customer relations team but they say it as a miscommunication which is clearly wrong. Wrong information was provided to me and I told to even listen to the call recording but she says they don’t have calls recorded, like seriously?Now I can’t even go to the trip and lost money because of them.

Wow did I lucky when Tara answered my call at flight centre in Belconnen. I couldn’t recomend her more highly. From start to finish she has been dedicated to helping my plan to the holiday I’ve been looking for. She started by taking the time to get to know me as person, what I wanted in a holiday and what valued. My holiday is planned and I’m so excited and also reassured with all her planning and support. I can’t wait for my exciting holiday planned with thought, car and attention to detail. Tara will be fabulous for anyone but had been particularly patient with my first time overseas questions.
