They confirmed refund me without giving me all the details. This is the first and last time for me. I will never use them again.

Just got back from 2 weeks in New Zealand, organised by the lovely Olivia. Olivia went above and beyond in organising our trip and making it the most amazing memorable holiday.

Car hire, flights, hotels and activities were all organised for us and set up in a binder that was easy to read and follow. Olivia even went a step further and had pre paid vouchers sorted out for car, hotels and activities which made life so much easier.

A few years ago I did a tour with a tour guide and tour group and I honestly thought Olivia did a better job in organising our trip then the tour company did.
