Worse service ever never going to flight centre Barkly square or any flight centre for that matter.
My elderly parents had to cancel a flight over seas due to ill health and flgiht centre took months to get their refund then gave them a qantas credit which they never received the actual credit number so they waited in limbo for more months until my sister had to go in a sort out Matt was useless. When it came time to use the credit my parents had to pay an extra $150 each and couldn’t book consecutive flights only one state at a time.
The staff are useless manager hid in back room no care no empathy no help for elderly people no one could care less. And their flights were dearer domestically than online . Go elsewhere for your travel needs

Mia took a considerable amount of my time. She initially promised to send a quote but needed to be prompted twice before doing so. When she finally provided a quote, it was far from reasonable, despite being given a budget for accommodation. Additionally, when I asked her to follow the specifications I provided, my request was ignored.

Waste of time. Mia was not helpful, not communicative and did not assist us in finding the best day to fly for the cheapest, which is why we booked the appointment.
We went to the efforts of booking this appointment and nothing came out of it, she took phone calls during our appointment, printed off one single quote for one single flight and said that the appointment was over. And you’re supposed to be travel professionals?

Overpaid for flights to Italy.
Upon being pressured to pay for flights for me and my family and having to review the extensive flight information at the counter, I did not realize the Captain's Pack (additional cost $350) was snuck in there without me consenting to it.
I then searched for the identical flights when I got back home and realized I had overpaid for the identical flights, with identical class by almost $1800!
I asked the travel agent Evelyn Robson to offer some compensation to the overpriced tickets that I could have just bought online and she offered no recompense, despite the Captain's Pack offering this very service. I then escalated to the store manager Rita Sidari who offered no help or recompense to the situation. They simply didn't care after they took my money.
I was also told by Evelyn that the Trafalgar tour online discount was not available and only after I checked myself online that the discount was indeed offered by the operator she then offered it. Otherwise I was going to pay an additional $1150 for a tour I could have booked on the Trafalgar tour online.
Once they took my money they were not interested in re-compensating me or helping with other travel arrangements.
I went to Flight Centre thinking they have access to the best prices through wholesale rates.
This is not the case. If you do your research you can get the same flights directly through the airline or tours directly through the company at a better rate.
Don't go through this middle man retailer, you just end up paying more with no better service and not willing to help even with their special Captain's Pack.
I will never use Flight Centre again.
