My husband and I have travelled a lot over the decades and have booked flights via numerous different agents. Were truly astonished at the exceptional service provided by our travel consultant Sabrina Tai of Flight Centre Barangaroo for a recent trip to the USA - particularly when we had to urgently cancel the trip to return home to an injured parent.
In the first instance, Sabrina deftly navigated our requirements for a complex series of flights to around the US, and secured them at an incredibly good price for us.
However, the truly humbling observation was how she went so far above and beyond to assist us out of office hours, by urgently finding return flights home for us 2 days into the trip, following an accident that injured my father in law. We were so incredibly impressed and grateful to Sabrina, for her exceptional care and dedication, in sacrificing her personal time in order to see us safely through a significant crisis. We can't thank her enough, and look forward to booking all future travel through her.
