Today I've been to Balgowlah branch located inside Stockland mall to buy a flying ticket and the sales person treated me very rude.
It did look like she didn't want to sell anything to be honest.
I approached her desk and she didn't acknowledge me at all.. then another person came in front of me and sit on her desk and she greeted her very friendly.
When she DID notice me, she approached to assist but it was very obvious she tried to get rid of me quickly.
I confronted her because I don't think ANYBODY deserves that behaviour and she excused herself claiming she was very busy for me at the moment, having like 40 other consults to what I've replied by mentioning such a big sales day TODAY IS!!!! (Travel Tuesday).

Honestly, I'm not coming back to that branch.. I'll try other agency first.
Hopefully, the company hears this and train there sales reps better on customer service.
I could've been a ghost shopper and it wouldn't have been very positive for them.

Five star experience - I'm hugely grateful to Lusi for sorting out my travel needs in such a friendly, swift and efficient way.

Agents are working under tremendous pressure to do the best for clients, yet still manage to be genuinely interested in your plans and want to give every client their full attention, even though they may not have eaten any lunch!

Please be nice to these lovely people.

Yes, you DO have to make an appointment because there are too few staff for everyone who wants to travel with Flight Centre's help, but it's well worth booking up with this team who will look after you. Thanks again guys!
