From start to finish Laura Chandler has been very helpful, patient and supportive. Even when I missed an important detail to the journey, she picked it up and tried to accomodate and help out as far as she could possibly do in her position. Apart from that she’ super friendly and approachable. I would recommend her to family and friends anytime.

Great service from Kara for both of our trips. We had a trip booked early in the year for December and a very short turn around trip booked start of October for 2 weeks later middle of October. Last year December my husband went in to baldivis Flight centre and had had the best easy calming experience with Casie. Recently we needed flights and he only wanted to go there but the day we went in she wasnt there so we weren't as confident. Come next day she picked up my call and people im telling you she just has a way to take my stress and calmly guided me to the very best options for flights and we trusted instantly and paid. I had the lovely Zee help me with my first solo trip! Not only was Zee beyond helpful, she was also concerned for my safety and the safety of my trip.
