We were so grateful for the assistance provided by Meagan at FCBM. She helped us book our first (and independent) European holiday. From airfares to accommodation, train tickets to transfers and most importantly, travel insurance, Meagan made the process very easy for us inexperienced travellers. Whether it be via email or in person, she was easy to talk to, understood our needs and was very knowledgeable. She definitely settled our nerves and built our confidence for this once in a lifetime trip. She made excellent suggestions on where to stay - all clean and with easy access to local transport. We will definitely head back to BMFC and Meagan for our next holiday. Thank you!

I would like to give a special shoutout to KIARA CHURCHMAN!

I was looking to book a trip to Dubai including business class. I originally visited Melton Flight Centre and had not heard anything back after 1 week of following up constantly. So I called the next closest which was this branch and Kiara picked the phone up. She was so polite and had the information back to me in just 2 HOURS and she was able to find cheaper deals on flights and accomodation. Kiara answered all of my questions thoroughly and really ran me through the process from start to finish. Booking and planning a holiday can be really stressful but Kiara took the stress out of the process. Me and my partner cant wait for our trip!

I had dealt with CASEY RICKARDS and she was amazing. Casey really went above and beyond to ensure she ticked all our boxes for our Christmas family holiday. Casey communicated with us at all times if there were any changes etc.
