Joyce has been our travel agent since 2017.
We've travelled to over 10+ countries with Joyce and she has planned, organise and delivered us an experience that we will never forget every time. She's helped my family of 13 travel with ease from Nz to Brisbane then Thailand. Travel in foreign countries can sometimes never go unhitched, but Joyce has always been a phone call away for us.
She's always professional and helpful in anyway she can be for my family and I while we travel abroad. We always feel like we're in good hands. We also have a trip planned with Joyce in 2025 with up too 40+ people to travel to Europe. She's also helping with some intimate details with the trip and communicating with all those involved.
We have many many more trips planned ahead and I can not recommend Joyce enough.
Thank you flight centre for having someone who is reliable, friendly and just genuinely
amazing at her job. Makes travelling that much more enjoyable.
Can't wait to see her again soon.

Joyce was exceptional from the moment I stepped in to the store. She has been so helpful with planning my trip, arranging fabulous accommodation, tours, transfers, trains between cities, insurance and even down to the seating on the flights. She has stayed in contact throughout the whole process, even during my trip to let me know of last minute changes from tour companies or transfers. Not only has Joyce been super helpful, she is such a fun, friendly person who is a pleasure to deal with.

We highly recommend Renee from Flight Centre Aspley. Renee did an amazing job for us, organising a Viking Rhine River Cruise with pre and post extensions. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, as Renee was all over it! She locked in our airfares, airport/hotel transfers and Travel Insurance and booked excursions for us. Everything went perfectly to plan, no hiccups along the way.
We had an amazing time - now back to reality!
Would definitely have Renee organise our next adventure. 10/10 service!

I had to fly to the UK to pick up my 91 year old mum. Also took the opportunity to have a tour of Europe while my mum was being taken care of by my sister who lives in London. Due to her Age we booked mum Business class and me and my friend economy. Joyce took care of everything and she co-ordinated our seats so well with all the juggling she had to do to make the journey easy and comfortable. The tour of Europe was fantastic! She booked us with Costsavers and they were fantastic. We Highly recommend Joyce, Flight Centre and Costsavers

Leanne has been helping me with a trip to Canada and the US. Due to coordinating with other travellers and tours etc it’s been tricky to organise. Leanne has spent countless hours on phones and email with me sorting out my holiday and i couldnt be more appreciative!! We have said a number of times that we would have cancelled the trip if it wasn’t for Leannes patience!! Highly recommended!!!
