We had super service from first Pene then Rohan. Pene was very patient and tried to find the best options for us to go to Canada. Rohan joined the conversations yesterday and gave good advice supporting what Pene told us. Rohan finalized the travel documents today and organized the payment. Comprehensive process.

Went in looking at organising a trip with my husband who is on dialysis on dialysis we havnt had a family holiday in years I needed alot of help with everything accommodation and flights make sure it all went to plan and to save me the hassle.
They were very disinterested the mood in there was flat and no suggestions and not helpful at all I'll never go back to flight center Albany.
Left feel very deflated.

January24 we went on a family holiday to Thailand. Josh Hennessy was our consultant and did an excellent job. Great recommendations, great additional information, very patient with all my questions and requests. Unfortunately my dad passed away the night before we flew out and Josh was on leave. Rohin Mitchell the Store Manager seamlessly stepped in, worked with me in terms of recommendations how to get to South Africa and back and making changes to our travel plans on the fly. He was amazing, making us a priority and keeping me in the loop, plus negotiating on our behalf refunds from the hotels. I am so grateful for this FC team in Albany who despite everything helped us to still have an awesome, seamless family holiday. Great work!!

Hi team, Our recent cruise on the AMAKristina booked with Josh was a great experience, thank you to the team at JCB wines for being so inclusive on what was a stacked cruise with probably 95% of the guests being in a structured wine appreciation cruise, some good learnings on fine wine, then even better due to the extra efforts of Josh in recomended transport and accomodations at the end of our structured cruise. We were hampered by a my back injury just days out from the start of our journey, the assistance from Josh at the last minute was especially appreciated, in getting assistance at airports and train boardings and transfers, The historic B and B recomendations in Palau and studio in Milan was a nice end to the trip staying in a no pressure enviromnet was a great way to unwind and to meet with a Monet exhibition in town at the same time was icing on the cake. Our thanks for a calm consideration and offering assistance during the days just before the trip, during what was a frustrated time with extreme back pain and anxity , Good options made clear where I could not think clearly. Thank you Josh.

Flight Centre - Albany. Donna was SO helpful in organizing my trip to Cairns. She was always so prepared to answer any question I had, with her knowledge and experience. She gave me so much peace of mind about planning my trip, and ensuring I got the things I needed . I can't thank her enough, she is such a trustworthy, reliable and amazing travel agent. She has been such a blessing to have and goes above and beyond in what she does. I will definitely be recommending her to friends, and will come back to her for any future trips I will have!
