We were in a real bind with some just arrived Korean visitors that missed a flight from Sydney to Adelaide, Thanks to Maddie, actually under time pressure made all this happen. Flight Centre in Collins St booked us the worst holiday booking without any satisfaction.
How: they booked the longest and most expensive train routes in Europe.
They booked a hotel on top of mountain which train goes there only 10am to 4pm other time you are prisoned in your room.
Also booked a train from France to Milan but train was cancelled since 2023 land slide.
This was booked by Dominic Ching and his manager Darcy Comben, which they offered fraction of the cost i occurred due to their mistake.
This shows how reliable they are, I would never trust them again.
