Have bought 1 oven and 3 fridges from this company but am completely done with them.

First drinks fridge was faulty, front panel stopped working after a month, told it would be replaced (at cost to me) and still hasn’t been organised, just stopped communicating. Ex rental deli case died after 4 months (1 month outside of warranty period) so was given the number of a repairer and told ‘good luck’.

Now, a milk fridge died and I needed it urgently replaced, paid in full straight away, Feb 25th. It is now March 21st and it still hasn’t arrived. With each issue I’ve had to chase them up and stay on their backs or nothing happens, you will be ignored and forgotten about, especially as a small business. AVOID at all costs. Each week I’ve called and been told something different. ‘It’s definitely on its way’ then ‘it’s been cancelled’ no reason given. ‘Definitely by x’ etc.

Offered to refund the freight cost which I’m still waiting on but the revenue lost after a month outweighs the ‘sorrys’. Communication and service is dire.

Once again. AVOID.
