Appalling customer service manner. I called this business on 27/6/24 and spoke with the owner to make final arrangements for a trip that had been pre-arranged by my partner. I spoke with one of the owners who didn’t listen to the arrangements that had already been made with the other business co- owner and he spoke aggressively to me, despite the fact I was attempting to respectfully do business with his company . I have a record of the call, a witness and a friend who needed to come and provide support after the experience. The owner knows this occcurred and it is stunning that anyone could treat a customer in this way.
