am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from the store manager, who consistently provided inadequate explanations for the faulty vacuum cleaner. The last excuse, which suggested that I was vacuuming up too much dust, was utterly ridiculous. I never received an apology for the poor handling of this situation, even after it was discovered that the vacuum cleaner had a faulty valve. Throughout the eight months that I repeatedly visited the store to complain about the noise, I felt belittled. Your company would benefit from some competition.

I find it extremely disappointing that when trying to support a local small business such as yourselves that you are clearly taking advantage of the current situation and charging a way over the top price on a box of disposable face masks, $75 for a box of 50 that are made in China when there are a number of businesses charging around the $45 range.
Clearly in my opinion this is really poor form and rest assured I will never be supporting Fletchers supplies again.
