The Troop carrier presented to us for our adventures up North was in clean, excellent condition and perfectly suited to what we needed. The truck was built to minespec consequently had a fourth door for ease of access to the rear seats, a very solid ARB roo bar arrangement and the Cooper tyres were in very good condition. Recovery gear included Maxtrac's, an air compressor, snap straps and a shovel. Many thanks to the folks from Fleetcrew were great to deal with throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!

To say I have experienced the worst customer service in history is an understatement. I travelled 650km from an outback town to get my first service (basic oil and filter change) completed. I arrived 15 minutes before opening time only to be told by the manager (the same guy who booked my service appointment) “oh, they were supposed to call you yesterday and tell you we probably won’t have time to finish your service today. Seeing as tomorrow is a holiday, it won’t be ready until Monday.”

Yep, that’s right, 5 days for them to complete a basic oil and filter service. This service department is an utter joke. They talk a big game to anyone who will listen, but in the end provide nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
