This place is an absolute dump. The pictures on its SM are misleading. The room assigned was old and smelly and the "bathroom" consisted of a grubby old toilet and ancient, dirty shower with no hand basin except for some rusty old shared laundry sink. There was a tiny TV and the asking price was $295 per night which unfortunately was non refundable. |There are nicer properties in the area for less. The owner was very rude even before we decided we didn't want to stay in that room and that it was totally overpriced. When asked how far was the beach she just replied "over there"

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. If there for fishing, Dennis is a wealth of knowledge and provided practical advice on rigs and locations. Highly recommended.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews, and have never really needed to, until now.
We stayed over the weekend and could not believe the price we paid for this room. It was unbelievably dated and old, the room smelt like urine and dust and was so stagnant it was almost suffocating. Everything had rust, dust or mould on it. Missing fixtures everywhere… We had to remind ourselves we were just there to sleep, but even that was difficult, with people in the complex yelling and screaming all through the night. Also had a very large animal of some sort scurrying around on the roof. For the almost $200 we spent, it was absolutely not worth it, especially getting absolutely no sleep. We left and got out of there very early this morning. So ripped off and Incredibly disappointed, and would advise avoiding this place.

We bought a stay here on travel auctions for a very good price. The place is quite well located near the wharf and not too far from the club. The rooms have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as tv and dvd. Plenty of boat parking and freezer space for all your fish, there is a laundry and bbq area. The bed was not new, but reasonably comfy and it is nice and quiet most of the time. The furnishings in the lounge area could do with a bit of an update, not realy good for the old bad back, but ok for 2 people, you wouldn't want to spend a week in wet weather watching dvd's on those chairs.||The owners were very friendly and happy to help with any needs.

Stayed here for work on very short notice, the flat itself was quite minimalistic but had everything you would need and was one of the cleanest places I had ever stayed. If you book one of the flats at the front you can wake up and have a coffee with a great view of the ocean.

I also had left my watch in the shower and Nes took time out of her busy day to hunt it down and post it back to me! Above and beyond service.

My partner and I stayed here for one week with some friends and we absolutely LOVED it. Nes and Nick are so welcoming and have created a wonderful community. The rooms are spotless, spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect, walking distance from town and beach. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Amazing service and great facilities, thank you Nes and Nick!!

We stayed here for five nights, first time in Bermagui. The unit we stayed in had a modern kitchen layout, fully contained, the bed was comfortable, no problems sleeping. Although the unit is still to undergo some upgrading it did not distract from the pleasant time we had here. The managers were friendly and a warm welcome. And thanks for taking our washing off the line when we were out, as it looked like raining. Plenty of boat parking.

Well we were pleasantly surprised with this unit. Our first impression of this property was " OMG it's pretty old." However we had one of the units where the kitchen had been updated and the bathroom partly updated except for the floor tiles, however this flat was super clean, comfortable bed, toiletries and the best appointed kitchen ever as it had everything we needed. Close to Fisherman's Wharf and close to the little village shopping strip.
