We had avoided putting our beautiful 2 bedroom cottage onto the short term rental market perceiving it to be hard work. Instead we chose long term rentals . However we changed once we meet lovely Rachel from Flairbnb. Rachel and her team have taken the hard work and stress out of having an Airbnb property. The bookings, cleaning and stocking done without us having to worry about anything. Our bookings commenced almost immediately and haven't seen a break. The income is more than double that obtained from long term leases. I would seriously recommend Flairbnb to anyone with a suitable property.

We stayed with Flair during our Peninsula holiday. We found it easy to book and stay and the property was everything we were told it was. The management was professional, supplying all the information we needed as guests, booking was straightforward and they gave us all the info we needed as guests to the area. The property was clean and well maintained and we would not hesitate to stay with Flair again

We met with Rachael today to discuss possibly handing over our property for short term/holiday rental. In the beginning Rachael was friendly. As soon as we started asking questions to understand how the short term rental works, Rachael was not happy. She kept shrugging and raising her eyebrows. Rachael told us that the max we would get for our property was $100 a night (not sure in what world that sounds reasonable, I haven’t seeing a property for a $100 a night since 2010).
Regardless, when we decided to look at the airbnb website ourselves, minimum we found was $185 a night. Rachael got annoyed with us and said we would be a “hassle” because she just expected us to hand over our key no questions asked. Little to say we were absolutely disgusted by the level service she provided. She had no negotiation skills, her facial expressions clearly showed she was not happy with our questions. Thanking my lucky stars for meeting this women face to face today before signing with this company, showed me what i would have been dealing with.

I've stayed at lots of bnbs in Australia and overseas. I would choose a Flair BnB managed one any time because I've found them to be of a consistently high standard. Once I had an issue and the team responded straight away. If I was going to have a bnb management company for a short stay rental, I'd be confident in using Flair to manage it.
