I went into Flagstaff Shoalhaven as I was new to the area and had to use the toilet desperately. I walked into reception and asked (politely) if they had a toilet i could use. The lady on reception responded "Who are you here to pickup?" to which i said "Noone, i just need to use the toilet. May I?". The lady then said "If you're not here to pick someone up then no.", at which point I walked straight out quite upset.
