This is one of my favourite hotels/pubs. I have never had a bad meal here. Price is a reasonable. They have a large menu with a lot of options so I usually look at the menu online before I go.
We went there last Friday and had the duo of dips for entree which was shared between three of us. We left the plate and dips empty. My partner and I both had the chicken breast served with spinach garlic cream sauce brie and smoked ham. It also came with broccoli.
This was a delicious meal.
My son had the linguine with prawns. He also enjoyed this meal. We had drinks with our meal but on this occasion did not have desert.
There is a very large selection of cakes that can purchase for desert or there are desert options on the menu such as an Eaton mess Sundays etc.
The Flagstaff hotel is definitely worth a visit and I highly recommend it.Photos below how the plates were left after we finished the food was great.

Great food, lovely service and the pre-made desserts on display was only $7. The new play ground with 2 large bean bags for kids was fantastic. There’s so much food on the shared entree platter and so delicious.

Haven't been to the Flagstaff Hotel in years. We thought we would stop in for lunch and we weren't disappointed. Great service, great food and the restaurant looks amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Always love coming here. Food is amazing, best schnitzels in Adelaide. Staff very friendly and efficient. Always made to feel welcome. Clean amenities and lovely ambiance. 10/10

Hidden gem of a pub, unassuming from the outside, but the huge dining room is impressive. Monday $19 specials are value for sure, Wine prices by the glass are great compared to other pubs in the area. Service was on point. Food was good old fashioned pub grub. Best of all NO bank transaction fees on purchases, coming back soon for sure.

It’s pretty rare that we find a place that I have to give a bad review to, but now and again it happens.

The service was slow, the food was slow to come out, the steaks were overcooked, the $40 butchers cut steak was 50% gristle, the burrito bowl was cold. The kids meal with the milkshake was the only positive.

The staff seemed to not know the till system and the manager was very abrupt.

Sadly, we’ve had some great meals over the years, but today it just wasn’t a pleasant experience and I doubt that we will be back as there is better experiences and value elsewhere.

Meals looked amazing, BUT, excessive soya sauce with dumplings, should use a dipping bowl honestly, pork ribs, fake smoke flavour used on overcooked ribs, creamy garlic sauce for an expensive schnitzel, which was creamy but they forgot the garlic I think. Won't be back in a big rush.

Went for an early dinner and ordered a rare steak. Was delighted to find it beautifully seasoned and actually rare, unlike some places that make it well done.
The staff are delightful and friendly and I look forward to coming back in the future!
