On behalf of our Employee of the Year guests aboard Commissioner II last night, I'd like to express our gratitude for the amazing food, gorgeous boat, exceptional service and wonderful experience we had.

Our guests made several comments on how pleased they were with all of the staff including Rick, Sam, our Captain, chef, deckhand and everyone involved!

I'd also like to give Steph and Ash in the office a huge thanks for everything they did, from organising the inspection to taking care of our dietary requirements and last minute changes.

I will be recommending your company (and the Commissioner II vessel) to everybody I can. Thank you!

Fantastic day out on the water. The boat was well looked after and in excellent condition. The staff were great! Very friendly and on a very windy day - the skipper did he best at keeping us away from the worst winds/rough water. Our contact (Ashleigh) who we booked through was fantastic to deal with - very quick to respond and provided several other options when our first choice of boat wasn't available. I've booked a cruise three times now through Flagship and have always had great (problem-free!) day.

Thanks Stephanie, We had an absolute fantastic day yesterday. Four seasons in one day on the greatest harbour is awesome.

The Boat “Enterprise” was certainly one of the best mid-size Cruisers I have been on. It was very neat and well set out vessel for our type of function yesterday.

The Captain and his crew were a standout and to be commended on how professional they were which really helped in making this cruise a great day out for Clients and staff alike.

We shall be definitely booking this boat again!

FALSE ADVERTISING ALERT

I do not recommend using this company. We paid $3000 for the Neptune and the photos displayed on Flagship Cruises website did not represent the actual boat. They added extra chairs and seat covers in their photos. We turned up and the boat had tears in the seats and the seats advertised on their website were not on the boat. The boat had an intense dog odour. They would have had dogs on the boat for that odour to be so strong. I felt embarrassed for our guests who flew over from interstate to be bitterly disappointed. The diesel smell was also strong that it gave our guests a headache. We could not endure 5 hours on this boat so we didn't leave the wharf and got off. We called Nick the owner, for a refund. He got us on another boat with the general public, like a tourist harbour lunch cruise but referred us onto the Captain of the Neptune, who then hand-balled us back to Flagship. Neither the Captain on Neptune or Flagship has stepped up to take responsibility. Neither have offered a refund or even offered a credit for the difference in price from the lunch cruise to what we paid. Terrible customer service. We should have spent the same amount of money on a better boat and with a customer service focused company.

The cruise was fine and the boat operator was lovely and accommodating. This review concerns Flagship Cruises, not their fleet. I have been quite dissatisfied with their customer service. I had originally requested a cruise from Manly at a particular time of the day and Flagship cruises were only too quick to accommodate my needs and lock me in by asking me to put down a deposit. So I did. Once the deposit was in place, they started changing the details of my booking. All of a sudden we couldn't depart from Manly Wharf, because of new Maritime laws (why didn't they know that in advance?), then my requested timing wasn't working for the boat operator, and at the end, they failed to process my final payment on time (although I had contacted them to finalise it), so I ended up having to pay by credit card last minute (instead of a bank transfer) and incurred credit card fees. If I had known in advance that the departure location and time were an issue, I would have gone with another service provider (and there are plenty in Sydney). Overall, I wouldn't use them again.

We went out on I Do recently and it really was like a Bentley on water, photo's don't express the sheer size and breathtaking appearance. Our captain Brad was very friendly, and he provided a fast and fun but smooth ride around the harbour. I would definitely recommend Flagship Cruises to anyone looking for a quality boat and great service. Thanks again!

We did the boxing day cruise on the commissioner ll ..... WOW.... what a great day we had. You don't have to be into yachts to enjoy this fantastic day on the harbour,
(it's defiantly something to tick off your bucket list).

The boat was lovely with plenty of room to move around and not feel cramped. Finger food was served on the cruise and it was delicious.

The staff were attentive and friendly, we will defiantly be back in 2016.

My friends and I organised a cruise on MV Salute for a hens party and it was a great experience from start to finish!
Ashleigh was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient and responsive. The service was very professional and well organised.
On the day of the cruise, our captain, Mark, was very nice and professional too, always making sure that we were having a nice time.
I would highly recommend Flagship Cruises to anyone who wants to experience a special moment on the beautiful Sydney harbour 🙂
