I attended latte art course with Krysty today. I haven’t been able to manage to do even decent heart shape before so long. But with her proper instructions and demonstration, I was finally able to do that well.

Her class gave me a confident so that I can pass the knowledge to my workers to improve

I sent my Baratza Sette 270Wi for repairs under warranty. Wow, unbelievable service! Fixed and returned with express shipping back to my house within a week. Highly recommend these guys - friendly staff, excellent communication with very realistic ETA. Machine is now running smooth as silk, with all issues sorted - no more sliding micro adjustment, burst function now works and the grind on the beans are powder soft. Thank you James and Caleb.

I came for a barista training for beginners and everything was great, the space, the coffee, the machines, the PPT and our trainer Krysty. As I’m not an English native speaker I was a bit worried about not understanding everything but Krysty is very charismatic, patient and explained everything so clearly, I really felt improvement and more confidence in my barista skills after this one day training!

My Baratza grinder developed a fault 2 years after purchase. Took it back to Five Senses expecting to pay for repairs as it was out of warranty. The company not only offered to fix it at no cost as a warranty repair, but also upgraded the display to the latest model , couriered the grinder back to me and even threw in a bag of coffee. The grinder is now working better than ever! Thank you!
