We ate here twice on a weekend. Would we come back? Absolutely!
Food is delish, staff are friendly, the pub gets very busy. However, they have everything under control & your meal is served quickly!

Headed out for a day trip and planned a lunch at Fish Creek Hotel - was greeted with great service and just genuinely nice, happy staff! Food was incredible! For a pub meal it was outstanding - highly recommend the BBQ Pork Back Ribs, Truffle Fries & Chicken Schnitzel! Points to the chef for the Maple & Bourbon sauce - We have already booked another day trip!

Booked dinner upon recommendation from accommodation nearby, which was a good idea seeing as most tables were booked when we arrived. We were sat but were not provided menus, and were advised that we could take a photo of the specials menu when we requested one. After realising the misunderstanding, we were finally provided with menus. While the options were limited, the food was super quick and delicious, and we left with happy bellies.

I don’t understand why this place has a 4 star rating. My family and I had dinner here on the 22/01/25 it was absolutely packed. We order our meals and drinks the kids meals came out first which was perfect as kids need to eat first they really enjoyed their meals practically licked the plates clean. My wife and I had our meals come out 10 min after the kids perfect timing. We both had I’m going out here but we both had the best meals we have ever had from a pub hands down anywhere in the world. Cooked to perfection flavour on point I could have ordered again to enjoy it all again. To the staff super friendly and respectful and the kitchen staff you definitely need no advice you made our trip.

Amazing night! My partner and I came down to the prom and the weather was not that great. We ended up at the fish creek hotel and made friends with all the locals playing pool and darts. The staff were the stand out ! Chloe, Beth and Nina were incredible bar staff, so friendly with funny banter! Thank you for a memorable night !

Good central venue for the surrounding area.
Dined there last night and while it was a nice venue the food was lacking flavour in all the main meals we had. Really really bland. The chilli prawn linguine needed cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, chilli? Something! The snapper, while it sounded good on the menu, was over cooked and bland.
Fish and chips, same…
Desserts were very good and plated beautifully. No problems there!

We discovered this little gem on a day trip with the family. The service was inviting and friendly. The food was really tasty and the prices were actually pretty good!

Only rating for the pub, not the hotel itself. Average variety of the usual pub food you would expect. Service was quick, and they let us order even though it was just after the stated closing time for lunch. Ambience and decor was average.
