Terrible dealings with Yuri from First National.
Our first proper encounter with him which was only meant to be a discussion about purchasing a property and a rough discussion about the sale of ours, turned into him completing and pre filling out a sales agreement with out our consent, nor any agreement on his % commission which was well above everyone else.
Then when we stated we wanted to have a mature discussion he started mocking us and belittling us. Its shocking to see someone who is meant to be professional discrediting everyone else in the industry and us for not choosing him.
Its not nice leaving a meeting with my partner in tears from how she was spoken to.
To top it off, he disclosed our confidential borrowing amount to win over someone for an off market opportunity taking advantage of us $400k over everyone’s appraisal on the property, then belittled us for not proceeding.
It’s not the first we have heard about this happening with this person. I really hope no one else goes through what we did.
