Nicky helped us plan a trip to Japan for four people. She was extremely helpful and provided us with a lot of information to help us make the decision of where to go and what to do while we were away. I was recommended to Nicky through a mutual friend when our previous agent could not come up with a travel plan for the family. Nicky went through our expectations for travel and came back to us with a travel plan to our desired destination. What we love about Nicky nothing was ever to hard or too much. Nicky goes above and beyond to make things work even when you get to one of your destinations and the weather cancels one. Nicky gave us options to choose which was so freshening. Nicky is always a text or email away to help if needed. I loved that we have an app which your travel itinerary gets uploaded to, such a wonderful idea. Nicky was very organised and helped us a lot with suggestions about where we should stay in San Francisco. We had to alter flight details and this was no problem. She also found us a better deal on travel insurance. We will definitely use her again.

Nicky is very Professional, efficient and understanding when it comes to my Travel requirements. I recently had an O/S trip, and some of my flights were delayed and canceled and Nicky was there to take my call at stupid O'clock Australian time as I had been in transit for over 30 hours and was teary and tired. Thats what I call service!
