Great service from Darcy at Fiji Island Tours. 10 days at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa. Lovely food at Navo restaurant. Amazing four rounds of golf at the Natadola Bay Golf Course.

As I re read the past reviews I shake my head. Because of these reviews I used this agency to book a family holiday for my husbands 70th birthday.
We arrived at the wharf of Plantation Island 12th July 2024 and they were definitely not expecting us. They had not been informed of our arrival time & that we were coming in by speed boat.
The rooms I'd booked through Darcy in August 2023 & insisted we all be together were not available, needless to say we were separated & worst of all we were at the far back of the resort/complex a long walk to any of the facilities.
Of course I spoke to reception regarding my booking, even offered to pay more, they informed me I needed to book directly with them to be guaranteed the rooms I wanted.
I should have been told this by Darcy -Fiji Island holidays at time of booking.
Extremely disappointing!
No replay on a 70th birthday ?
