Fernwood is a perfect gym for women! It’s 24/7 & located in a great area of Shepparton! Their membership includes optional classes that target specific exercises & health benefits, so you can choose anything you desire! Their staff are super friendly & approachable, which encourages you to ask questions or enquires for your own benefit & safety. On top of the awesome, engaging classes, Fernwood offers Sauna sessions, a program called FIIT30, pilates & heaps more, including hypoxi treatment by trained specialists! The feature I love most, even though I don’t have children of my own, is they offer a daycare centre for staff to look after your kids whilst you work out! It’s such an awesome & uplifting environment, I would hugely recommend!

Reformer classes are welcoming, and instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. If you're a beginner, I recommend chatting with other members to find the reformer instructor level that's right for you, as they vary. The gym itself has up to date facilities, and I really appreciate the variety of other classes available. It's the perfect place to build strength and connect with like-minded women. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Fernwood to my friends, with my eyes closed. The gym has all the facilities you could ask for, and the staffs are so welcoming. It gives you all the positive vibes and motivation that you require to stay fit. Keep up the good work, Fernwood team Shepparton!

All the staff are so lovely and friendly you always feel welcome even as a new person who has never been to the gym before. Crèche was a main contributor to my joining Fernwood. The ladies follow your lead with your child and respect your wishes on how you want them to handle your them. Classes are beginner friendly and energetic! Facilities are top notch

Love fernwood Shepparton and reformer Pilates is the best. The teachers are lovely and supportive and we always have so much fun while working to our own limits. Very addictive and never thought I would ever love coming to a gym like I do. Made so many new friends and can always guarantee to walk out feeling amazing. 💪🏻❤️

I’m really happy that I switched to Fernwood Shepparton. There are plenty of Reformer Pilates classes to choose from and the instructors are fantastic. Great variety of other group fitness classes too.
