Tried getting a delivery returned to sender but ended up delivered to receiver without any communication about the matter despite multiple calls and emails! Please respond to enquiries from your third party agents and bookers.

-If you want expensive presents lost, call fedex they'll do a great job then you get foreners that barely speak English that don't care as a front of "customer care "

FedEx Adelaide is incredible. I don't even believe these reviews AT ALL. They always deliver on time and the staff are my homies. Charging extra money ? Yeah why y'all lying for? I've been using them for years and never had a single issue. Plus they're more than helpful and you don't have to stand outside when collecting from other places. Keep up the good work !

Absolutely brilliant customer service!!! I missed the delivery for a package for my sons birthday (the next day) and the staff on the phone were amazing, arranging for the driver to return that afternoon. So grateful for tge considerate, helpful and friendly service.

Perfect service.
Ordered shock absorbers from U.S.A. which only took 11 days, the tracking was up to date and the scheduled delivery date were all spot on.

They did sit at FEDEX Adelaide for a couple of days awaiting the scheduled delivery.

No complaints at all.

Never call you, never knock your door, you are never at home as you are live in a fake address. Today I move a chair and sited close to my door. Courier still want to put miss card in my mailbox. I really miss the logistics service in China. In there, you have the best process technologies, the best equipment, the highest salary per hour. But very poor customer experience. In China, cheap courier are absolutely responsible and high efficient. The only different is, they just have a tricycle and a handwriting registration form. No matter the best logistics service suppliers like EMS, SF and JD. They have the same equipment and technologies as FedEx! But shame FedEx all time!

As usual my current Fedex delivery is sitting at Adelaide Airport not delivered despite a commitment that it would have been delivered by now. The only real way to ensure you get your parcel when in SA is to pick it up yourself from the depot. Unfortunately they make this as difficult as possible.

I work a month on/off roster and I had a parcel scheduled for delivery on the day I travel out, meaning I missed it. I needed it for work so requested they could deliver it a day early. They managed to bring it forward so I could get it in time. Much appreciated FEDEX!
