Definitely 5 stars! I had never seen many of the animals here. I felt like a big kid who was discovering new things. The photo op with the koala was priceless. The layout could be better, but there was a map to assist. The gift shop had since good deals. I’d 100% recommend this place.

We visited the zoo with our family, including relatives who came all the way from Singapore, and everyone had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The kids especially had a blast — they were so excited to see the animals and loved exploring every part of the zoo. They even got little “passports” stamped at different stations, which made it extra fun and memorable for them.

Overall, it was a fantastic family outing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting with children — it’s fun, educational, and a great way to spend the day together.

We loved visiting the wildlife facility. We could tell that the animals are loved and well cared for here! The flow of the park was wonderful, allowing for smooth walking. There are several options for going down different paths, so circling back and trying a different route is beneficial if you don't want to miss anything! The passport stamp leaflet is a great idea- we enjoyed looking for the animals and getting the stamps! Very fun! Plenty of bathrooms, snack options and food on site, as well as several areas to sit and rest. Well shaded- enough to shield us from the rain too! The koala photo experience was wonderful- especially since we had never seen one until our visit. Recommendations for the park-- please replace missing animal identification cards at several of the enclosures. For visitors that are new to Australia it is so helpful to know what we are looking at.

A fun place to bring the family, also can interact more closely with animals such as kangaroos and feed them. But you have to buy the kangoroo food for A$5. You can take pictures with koalas and see them up close. This place make an interesting game to collect stamps which children will love to do. I recommend buying tickets online before coming, buying directly at the counter is relatively more expensive.

You get to pet some of them! But don’t overfeed them. I would recommend one cup per group. They won’t stop eating!

The animals were undeniably cute and it was fun to see native species up close but the whole place felt completely run down. Enclosures looked tired, signage was faded, and the overall atmosphere could really use some love.
Glad I went, but I wouldn’t rush back unless there’s a major upgrade.

One the most well laid out park with great variety of species. Kids love it, parents will love it. Don’t miss the close encounter with Koalas and Kangaroos!

Pro Tip: Go early or reserve your kangaroo feeding cups. Carrying them will make your kids so happy.

Visiting from Orlando, Florida, one of the most memorable experiences to see animals we’ve never seen before in our life from koalas kangaroos wallabies Tasmanian devils . The staff & the animal caretakers are so sweet answering any questions that you have. Very attentive clean environment. Animals are very well taken care of.
