If you're in the mood for a great, no-fuss get your hands and face dirty meal, Fat Frank’s is definitely worth a visit.

Known for its FAT HERO’S and PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS not wide variety simple don’t think so hard menu.

The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, with friendly service that adds to the overall experience. It’s the kind of spot where you can just relax, enjoy some comfort food, and leave feeling happy and full.

Plenty of parking however it will get busy and sometimes might need to do a few laps before getting a spot, awesome complex with a large variety of shops to visit nice day out.

For my face and my big ass stomach I picked the “Smokin Hot Fat Chick Meal” my son the “Chicken Cheese Steak” my daughter a “Fat Oreo Shake” off course what else can you expect from a 9 yo.
All I can say is it was GOOOOOOODDD…….I little too much lettuce for me but hey we have to be heathy.
Went head first and.....MATE I tells ya!! It was nice crisp chicken the right amount of heat nice sauce compliments the flavour.

The cheese steak another big bang of flavour,,,,,and the chips WOW best seasoning I had in a while since my local chicken shop 35 years ago I tells ya,,,it’s a must try.

Price was reasonable, size was reasonable.
A good 4 stars for me I am holding off 1 star because the cutlery was a bit dirty.

But a great experience coming again 100%

Came in and for the 6 inch lunch special with chips and drinks. All in all, it wasnt too bad. Flavour was nice, chips were well seasoned. I would have preferred the beef to be left in larger pieces and not chopped up to resemble ground beef. Portion wise it was quite decent with generous filling. Problem with mincing the beef too much was that you couldnt really eat the sub without everything falling out (if the beef pieces were kept larger pieces, it wouldnt have been a problem). With exception to the lunch special, the prices appear to be quite steep for what it was (footlong sub was approximately $23-$24. As a combo it was approximately $33-$34 which is ridiculous for a sub combo…. Like who wouldnt just get a gourmet burger combo for $10 less or go to a restaurant 🤷🏾‍♂️. Anywhos, I recommend Fat Franks for their lunch special, for everything else…. I’d personally rather sit in a restaurant. (you do you though). Customer service was quite decent. Food took a fair bit of time to come out.

First time customer at Fat Franks. Food and service was 10/10. Great portion size and food was very fresh. Loved the American theme and place was very clean. Would definitely recommend and come back

Hands down, the absolute worst burger I've ever had. 99.9% sure the patty came from a box. The cheapest nastiest tasting patty.
My partner and I ate 1/3 of our food and left.

Loaded fries, the topping was tasteless and old.
Cheeseburger, no cheese and frozen patties.
Mushroom cheese steak.. no mushroom and the steak was flavour less.

Fat Frank's used to be my go to spot for a delicious cheesesteak. Unfortunately, it seems the new management has completely ruined what was once a fantastic place. The food quality has taken a nosedive, with subpar ingredients and sloppy preparation. The service is also lackluster and NO GLOVES, with long wait times and indifferent staff. It's a shame to see such a promising place turn into a complete disappointment. I can't recommend Fat Frank's anymore, it's a shadow of its former self.

Great place for a quick bite. The service is friendly and quick. The food isn't 5 stars but a good 4 stars, but their deep fried oreos are a 6 star. The serving size is also another good point.
Good atmosphere too and themed like a old service station/mechanical repairs.
Definitely worth a visit.

The Philly cheese steak was delicious and the portions were generous - you could split the roll between two and be very satisfied. The lunchtime meal is good value for money for $12. We also had the mushroom roll and the fat Greek roll. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed in the food. It was extremely lacking in flavor, and I couldn’t even finish it. Would not recommend.
