We were very pleased with our stay here! Our room featured two balconies, a kitchenette (stocked with teas and coffee), a jacuzzi tub, and a fireplace. The location is convenient for walking to wentworth falls and the associated lookouts. We found it to be a very peaceful place with lovely views.

Lovely large apartments with everything you need. Stayed two nights in the 1 bedroom apartment. The rooms are large. The kitchen has all you need, full oven, microwave, coffee machine, full hob. Bed is comfy and spa bath is a bonus. The units are homely, prob less "luxury" and a little dated but good for the price you pay.

Okay , now this accommodation must have a mix of rooms.
We travel to the Blue Mountains twice a year and try different accommodation on each visit. This unfortunately is the worst so far.
Positives , Staff very friendly and helpful - location is great and quiet.
Clean linen and towels.
Negatives, Dirty , Carpets not vacuumed properly, crumbs and dirt around the edges and under chairs and lounge.
Empty box of ice creams in Freezer.
Freezer does not work correctly and the fridge is freezing items.
Lounge chair and chairs are filthy.
Carpet has stains and long pulls of cord in multiple locations.
Oven, foil in oven had not been changed had crumbs and burnt on drips on base.
Bathroom, towel rail hanging off the wall, bin was broken no pedal and the lid wouldn't open when opening it fell off, Grout had mold in it in multiple locations, Blind was dirty and rusty, bath was not cleaned properly from before.
Ceramic hob was dirty with boiled over scale, this cleaned off pretty easy when you try.
Leaves and mold around the doors, back door mat green with mold.
Lots of cobwebs in the room, and dust around skirts and on mantle piece.
Plus multiple other more minor issues that should not be in a 4 start hotel.
Unfortunately this is not somewhere I will be staying again or could honestly recommend.
I feel bad for leaving this review but it was honestly bad and this room should not be let out.

This is our second stay. Nice and clean. Very spacious. Fireplace is very nice and good for winter. Beautiful garden. Near Wentworth Falls. Had wonderful time. Will come back again!

Firstly I don’t write negative reviews but I couldn’t let others share my Disappointment in this place considering the beautiful surroundings beyond. I don’t understand the good reviews but can only assume the accommodations vary a lot or they are not real. We have been travelling for 30 days and this is the worst place we have stayed. I walked in and wanted to walk out again. We were put in a ground floor 1 bed. No view at all. Balconies dirty and neglected. Outdoor table dirty. Lounge furniture dated and filthy, couldn’t bring myself to sit on it, Could be nice with good cleaning and furniture update. Spa bath had a scum ring around so didn’t use. Tumble drier takes forever. We were told reception was 9-5 but every time we went there was no one there. I would be embarrassed if I ran this place. Very disappointing indeed for the price we paid.

Beautiful place. The room was very clean for the most part, but the bathroom was very run down. There was mold in the grout, the cupboard door was coming off the hinges and had bad water damage, also the jets from the spa came off every time we used it. The views were amazing but was disappointed with the balconies, we couldn't sit out there because there were covered in bird droppings and were filthy, we also left a day early because the bed was rock hard and after sleeping on it for 2 nights I just couldn't do it a third night. We also struggled to lock the door closest to our car from the outside, so we had to lock it from the inside and walk the long way around to the car.

Enter Woody, the owner (and, frankly, an angel on earth). Not only did he find Bunny safe and sound, but he sent us the most adorable photos, reassured us with so much warmth, and treated Bunny like a VIP guest. His kindness turned what could’ve been a panic into pure relief and gratitude. 💖

The apartment is private & quiet. We booked a 2- bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and clean. It is very close to the Wentworth falls walking trails and the 3 sisters viewing point. Staff is very nice & attentive!
