Best way to get to and from Falls Creek!
All the drivers we had were super friendly and kind. The busses were clean and well looked after.
The waiting area in Mt. Beauty is very nice too. Warm, plenty of seats, cafe next door, and bathrooms - what else could you ask for!

Cancels bus services if they don’t have enough bookings, a risky proposition to catch from Melbourne, given the cost of accommodation and lift passes, you’re better off renting a car.

One of your coaches nearly ran me off the road yesterday (9/2/24), when he started to cut me off, moving into my lane, forcing me into the emergency lane on the Hume, when traffic was not moving!

I’d hate to assume all the drivers you employ in your business are as dangerous as this one is, putting other people’s lives at risk on the road.

Maybe this review means nothing and he is never spoken too about changing his behaviour, but you cannot escape social media and hopefully, future customers think twice before hiring your services.

Was a really good service until I had one bus driver who was extremely rude and ruined the overall experience I had with this company.

Top tier service. Somehow the receptionist knew my name before I even said anything!!

They will also call you to make sure you're ok before they leave. Only knew this because the bus driver had somehow missed my name on his checklist and I received a call from the reception!!

Parking is super cheap and easy compared to the mountain, plenty of space.

Really a no brainer to use the coach service unless you've got a 4wd filled with mates and confident to drive the mountain terrain.

A good option if you don’t want to drive all the way to Falls Creek!

The driver Mark is very friendly and informative. The bus ride to falls creek did not feel like 6 hours at all with the well-timed stops along the way. The seats were comfortable and soft, but did not recline very far back.
