We had our daughter’s 9th birthday here yesterday and it was fab from beginning to end. The space is big, bright and colourful with fab touches like a neon party wall, jukebox on the dance floor, a ballooned cart to display the cake and makeup station for face painting. The staff were warm, welcoming and understood they needed to keep the girls entertained throughout. All kids had a blast. Thank you Fairy Cool parties, see you next year!

We had my daughters 7th birthday here, and we were blown away. The service leading up to the party and on the day was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful owners. They organised extra catering for the grownups and even matched the theme of her party and surprised us on the day. Thank you so much! Everyone still raves about the venue and her party 🥰

I had my 4 year olds birthday party here over the weekend. It was Encanto themed. There was Isabela and Mirabel charaters, both with face masks on for the whole event which is disappointing as face masks are not required while working with children - or at all anymore. They were both less than enthusiastic, I don't think Isabela even said a word to the children. We had requested Isabela as the main character but it was hosted by Mirabel, which we were not made aware of prior to. Neither of the characters engaged well with the children. The "prizes for each child" was a chupachop. When served lunch small amounts of food were put on the plates for the children and then taken back into the kitchen so they couldn't get more if they wanted. Not a single Encanto song was played or sung for the duration of the party and they are very quick to push you out and lock the door at the end.

I spoke with Natalie regarding the party, I do think she took my constructive criticisms on board. I wad offered a partial refund but never received it. Also disappointing. Not worth the $800 I spent.

Had our daughters 4yo party with Barbie theme and cupcake decorating. Natalie was a great entertainer and host, efficient and organised. Lots of activities are included in standard package like face painting, so easily kept them busy for 2hours. The venue decoration is amazing and great background for photos etc.

My daughter’s ‘Glamour’ themed birthday party was a huge success thanks to Natalie and her the wonderful team. The venue was a perfect setting for the celebration, with amazing pops of coloured and textured background to add to the atmosphere. Nat and Allegra were amazing hosts and made the girls feel very special with all the different stations organised with various glamour themed activities. The highlight was the red carpet catwalk!
A special mention to Jim as well who helped keep the party flowing.
Thank you very much Natalie and team Fairy Cool Parties, for making my daughters 10th so special.

Space is great for the kids.
Entertainment is great for the kids.

No coffee facilities for parents ; must be provided by the host of the party or walk next door to grab take away.

Seating is limited for parents also.

The bathroom needed a really good scrub. Considering that it's a space for children, at my last visit a few weeks ago, I used the cleaning products in the cupboard to clean HALF the basin that was grimy and dusty in hope that the staff / owner will see it.

The children had an absolute ball and didn't want to leave.

We had our daughter's 4th birthday at Fairy Cool Parties on the weekend and I could not recommend their service more highly. We were so impressed with the venue, party program, entertainers. I couldn't fault the day. The venue was so clean, well presented and fun. The other children and all our guests had an incredible time and all commented what a great place it was. Thank you to fairy cool parties for giving our daughter the best birthday party!

Diyenka and her friends had a ball at her Disco part plus pamper activity. The gift pack was super cute.
The staff is really friendly and your venue is fantastic for private parties. Thanks for making my little girl's Birthday a memorable one for her and her friends.
