Can't handle the rudeness from staff anymore. Like others I have been happy to pay a premium for many years to support a local business. The staff really need to learn how to control their emotions and stop barking at customers. I have seen it happen to others many times and more recently myself. I'll bring my business elsewhere moving forward.

extremely rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Why work in retail when you clearly don’t like people? I believe it was the owner I talked with as well. I use to shop there for convenience and didn’t mind paying significantly more compared to going into manly.
I like supporting smaller businesses but in this case I’ll be avoiding at all costs. Don’t bother there’s better prices and much better service just down the road.

Best customer service on the northern beaches. Staff have first rate knowledge of local and international wines with a selection to match. Great choice of beers also that are ice cold. Highly recommended.

What a miserable and rude guy working behind the counter tonight. Actually this has been the third and final bad experience at this place - yep…Never going back to support this particular local small business. And sure…I’ll help myself to a brown paper bag if you’re not able or willing to do your job?!

They close at 7pm every night 🙄 Happy to support a local business but the guy that works there has no desire to smile or help you feel like you would want to return ! This shop is a part time business !

Very unfriendly. When my card got declined he told me to get * organised next time I come into the shop. There was no one behind me in line- the shop was not busy. I walked away without buying. Won't be going again.

Really good wine knowledge and service. Great wine range. Coldest fridges on the northern beaches. Highly recommend.
