We hired Amaira as our wedding coordinator this past September and so glad we did. She was so knowledgable and had an answer and resolution to all of my questions and concerns. We only had the budget for a coordinator and not the full planning service but Amaira was always available to answer me via email or messages. Planning our own wedding was not easy at all and we are so glad to have Amaira helping us. She even helped calmed my nerves closer to the date and chatted to me a lot which was not required at all so it was appreciated! We loved working with Amaira mainly also because of her personality. She was bubbly and sweet and bossy at the right time (really needed on the day!). Overall a very pleasant experience with Amaira and her team. Thank you Amaira!

Amaira and her team we're incredible throughout our entire wedding planning process. They helped connect us with our DJ and Florist, and were instrumental in helping deal with the many stressors and all the moving parts of wedding planning. Our day was absolutely perfect and our run of show was exactly what we had hoped for! We fully would recommend anyone looking for a caring and hard-working planner to use Amaira and FabDay Events!

We first started working with Amaira and then closer to the wedding we worked with Gage and they were both fantastic. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our day, not worry about a thing, and have the best day ever because of Gage. He was extremely trustworthy, was able to corral people as needed, and was a true joy to work with. We didn’t make it easy on him because my husband and I got married on a boat then had our reception semi far away from the ceremony location, but Gage rose to the challenge and exceeded all our expectations. We loved working with Fabday events and especially with Gage because he is organized, thoughtful, ran a tight ship, and is also a great human being.

Amaira was is the BEST coordinator around. I was pretty clueless on all things wedding and she made the planning process so stress free for me. I felt so comfortable around her. Having her there on the day of our wedding was amazing. I truly did not have to worry about anything. She kept everyone and everything in line. I cannot recommend Amaira enough if you are looking for a stress free and magical day!

We didn't have the full pleasure of having Amaira help plan our wedding, but we DID end up picking her after speaking with other planners! We had a wedding nightmare and our wedding venue canceled on us after we paid the deposit. Amaira was still there to help in the worst of times and helped us navigate and calm us down. We honestly just recognized how professional and honest she was and immediately knew we wanted to work with her! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!

We hired Amaira in an event coordinator capacity for our pre-wedding event and our main wedding day. While I did most of the planning myself, Amaira help with vendor coordination, schedule creation, and planning for last-minute details. Her South Asian background came in handy for our wedding, as she was able to keep the unruly guests in check (politely) in two different languages.

When we were running late, she helped us revise our schedule to keep in the most important things. There were some hiccups that happened during our wedding (with guest seating and otherwise) that we didn’t even know about until family members told us weeks after our wedding — because Amaira had handled it all with her team.

She was attentive the entire time towards our needs as a couple and especially mine as the bride. We had mentioned that we didn’t want to spend a lot of time on guest photos, she found a smooth way to get us onto the dance floor (where we wanted to be). She stayed until the very end of each event and made sure that all went well up to the final minute.

She is incredibly flexible and works to serve the couple. She get things done in an efficient manner, never dropping the ball, and is quick on her feet when issues arise. She is responsive and easy to communicate with. Even though we didn’t hire her in full wedding planner capacity, she made time for check-ins whenever I needed it and always there for moral and hands-on support.

In our wedding experience, Amaira was our saving grace. She made sure our day happened exactly the way we dreamt, and her calm nature helped us remain calm on very nerve-wrecking days. We highly recommend!

Both Amaira and Amanda were amazing to work with! Amaira was there for me during the most stressful parts of the planning process and helped me through everything. Amaira created a detailed timeline, a task that I could have never done on my own. Amanda, my DOC, was amazing! She kept everyone on schedule (including the groom and his groomsmen) and really helped to keep us and my vendors organized the day of. She worked with my venue to have a mini rehearsal with my whole bridal party on where to go and stand during the ceremony. This was beyond helpful! My husband was so impressed with Amanda and continues to say that hiring a DOC was the best and most important money we spent the whole planning process. We can not recommend FabDay Events enough!
